Healy Consultants independently project manages our clients' realty engagement. Our team project manages all aspects of buying property in Asia, from A to Z. On behalf of our clients, we will supervise agents, legal, tax and government tasks related to buying property in Asia. We do not have an affiliation with particular agents or lawyers or construction companies. Healy Consultants will receive a one-time engagement fee from our client and thereafter, we independently represent the best interests of our clients with regards to buying property in Asia, including: | |

| Arranging to view the property and inspect for quality and location. |

| Arrange property finance on behalf of our client. Healy Consultants will introduce our client to a reputable international bank in Asia, for example DBS Bank or UOB Bank in Singapore, or ANZ Bank. |
7.
| Supervising lawyers and agents throughout the engagement. |
8.
| Determining the optimum tax and accounting strategy for buying property in Asia. Healy Consultants employs tax experts who are familiar with tax issues related to buying property in Asia, including property tax and stamp duty directives issued by tax authorities such as the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department. |

| To provide frequent engagement status updates to our client. |

| To efficiently and effectively complete the real estate purchase and collect the keys for handover. |
11.
| To settle legal fees and taxes related to buying property in Asia on behalf of our client. |
12.
| After buying property in Asia, to assist our client locate tenants to occupy the new property. |
