Healy Consultants will independently liaise with and supervise the lawyers involved in the transaction of property in Thailand. Our office will effectively and efficiently project manage all legal matters with the Thailand lawyers and shelter our client from daily legal correspondence. | Advising on the strengths of local laws to protect asset ownership by foreign investors. | |||

| Creating a legal engagement agreement between our client and the Thailand lawyers outlining roles and responsibilities, terms and conditions and legal fees.

| Collecting the necessary due diligence from the Thailand lawyer and reviewing all documents to ensure our client is adequately protected.

| Establishing and monitoring the key legal dates of execution, including settlement date and date of handover of keys.

| Ensuring the Thailand lawyer is frequently communicating with all parties involved in the property transaction including the mortgage bank (Healy Consultants works with respected international banks in Asia including DBS Bank, UOB Bank, ANZ Bank and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia), local government institutions and counterpart lawyers.
