| Establish and monitor the key legal dates of execution, including settlement date and date of handover of keys.

| Advising on the strengths of local laws to protect asset ownership by foreign investors.

| Ensure our client’s lawyer is frequently communicating with all parties involved in the Thai property transaction including the mortgage bank, government authorities and counterpart lawyers.
