Healy Consultants will independently liaise with and supervise the Singapore lawyers involved in the property transaction. Our Singapore office will effectively and efficiently project manage all legal matters and shelter our Client from daily legal correspondence. Specifically our Firm will: | |
1.
| Create a legal engagement agreement between our Client and the lawyers outlining roles and responsibilities, terms and conditions and legal fees. |
2.
| Collect the necessary due diligence from the lawyer to ensure our Client is adequately protected. |
3.
| Establish and monitor the key legal dates of execution, including settlement date, date of handover of keys. |
4.
| Review all legal documents to ensure our client is adequately protected. |
5.
| Ensure our client’s lawyer is frequently communicating with all parties to the property transaction including mortgage bank (Healy Consultants works with respected international banks in Asia including DBS Bank, UOB Bank, ANZ Bank and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia), local government institutions and counterpart lawyers. |
