International mortgages are an effective way for investors to purchase real estate in Asia. Healy Consultants assists clients with the process of obtaining competitive international mortgages. More specifically, the processes our firm will assist with include:
1.
Compare and contrast different international mortgage options with our clients. For example, we arrange for a bank officer from different banks to explain their international mortgage products.
2.
Source international mortgages from local banks in the country you plan to buy property, or externally if required. Currency options are considered. Some of the principal international banks we work with on our clients' behalf to obtain international mortgages include DBS Bank, UOB Bank, ANZ Bank and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
3.
Negotiate bank terms and conditions on behalf of our client before assisting them obtain an international mortgage. Once terms and conditions are agreed, Healy Consultants prepares an international mortgage application on our client's behalf.
4.
Prepare business plans and cash flow projections to increase the probability of international mortgage approval.
5.
Act as an intermediary between the bank and our client prior to, during and after assisting our client obtain an international mortgage.
6.
Having obtained an international mortgage, Healy Consultants assists our clients to open personal and corporate bank accounts to receive rental income and settle international mortgage repayments.
7.
